Plans.
I'm kinda fed up with my current lifestyle, I think I really should start to change it. Pimples haven't stop growing on my innocent face. >.<.
My current plans to fight this is:
-Get more sleep (very very hard =x)
-Drink more water (progressing)
-Eat more fruits (progressing)
-Eat less / no oily food (trying)
-See a doctor! (Doing it either on monday or tuesday)
-Drink more lemon juice
-Using aloe vera facial foam (or scrub, can't remember)
-Do more sports to expel toxin from my body through sweat (progressing)
Anyone else can give more suggestions? I wanna look nice for my birthday. Hahas. :D
Another problem is I'm gaining weight. Guess how HEAVY I weigh at the moment? A freaking 67kg. I'm gonna die.
Here are some plans that I hope will help me:
-Do cargio exercises (Sprinting short distances, swimming, jogging)
-Sit-ups
-Push-ups
-Controlling my diet (less oily / fatty food)
Some suggests of having 6 meals a day, but all being moderate meals and not heavy ones, as keeping my body burn throughout the day will help me reduce weight, or at least prevent more weight gain. Anyone can confirm this?
In any case, hope I succeed! =P
